Terms and Conditions

Gates Boot Camps offer accelerated Skills + Certification training courses designed especially for the professionals who want to gain critical skills and earn industry recognition for their advanced expertise, in a short time.

Please read this agreement carefully. The purpose of this agreement is an effort to ensure you have a successful training and stay in India. Your complete satisfaction is very important to us.

Training delivery

• Due to accelerated nature of the class the training sessions are very intense. There will be 12 hours classroom sessions and lots of homework. Students need to be prepared to burn midnight oil.
• Our Training Methodology has a very high success-passing rate. On every course our experienced Instructors will
• Pick Important Exam Topics
• Teach and Discuss concepts related to the topic
• Do the required labs to understand the topic
• Discuss required exam questions

Due to the intensity and accelerated pace of the class it may not be possible to cover all topics and all labs. However Students will be encouraged to do any additional labs they need after hours. There shall be no change to the methodology under any circumstances.

• We strive hard to stay with current content for vendor trainings and certifications. We provide students with exam guides and facilitate exam preparation. However we are not responsible for vendors (Microsoft, Cisco and others) changing their exam patterns, test questions or curriculums.
• As part of our certification guarantee offer our liability is limited to giving you an additional Microsoft exam free, in case you fail the first attempt for . The passing guarantee offer is made under following terms and conditions:
• Student must have 100% attendance in all classes.
• Instructor must be satisfied with students score in simulation exams that will have to be taken before the real exam.
• We will not encourage any unethical practices to pass exams. All students will have to strictly follow VUE/Prometric guidelines for exams.
• Any grievance by the student should be notified to the boot camp administrator in writing or email to helpdesk@gatesbootcamp.com .

Boarding/Lodging and Transport

We do facilitate boarding and lodging through our helpdesk department. We want to make sure you have a pleasant stay in India. Please read the following carefully if you opt for boarding and lodging through us.

• We make every effort to facilitate the hotel reservations as per your needs. However we are not liable for any changes the hotel management may make at the time of your arrival or thereafter.
• Students who take a flight over 5 hrs may need to plan a couple days of rest before starting their training program to settle with the local time zone and get over fatigue.
• If you have any grievances about the hotel/transport or your stay please bring it to the notice of the helpdesk provider and we will help in resolving them. Make your grievances in writing or email to helpdesk@bootcamp.com .

• To reserve a class the student will pay a registration fee of $500, which is non-refundable.
• Full payment must be received before or on the start day of training.

• Cancellations received up to 7 working days before the training are refundable minus the registration, hotel and course material fees. After that, cancellations are subject to the entire training fee, which may be applied toward a future training. Please note that if you don't cancel and don't attend, you are still responsible for payment. Substitutions may be made at any time.
• All cancellations are to be made in writing or can also be emailed to helpdesk@gatesbootcamp.com .
• The company at its discretion may need to pre-pone or postpone trainings due to any circumstances that may be beyond our control like natural calamity, political disturbance etc. If the student cancels trainings in this situation the cancellation policy as mentioned above still applies.
• If the company needs to cancel the training program, the entire amount paid by the student will be returned, via a company check against a valid receipt from the student.
• Cancellation charges for Boarding/Lodging/transport will be applicable as per the rules and regulations of the provider.

• Loss of Property or Life: Any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and/or damage to baggage or personal effects howsoever caused.
• Any changes in the flight schedules.
• Delays or changes in any services due to sickness, weather conditions, strike, war or any other cause whatsoever due to act of God.
• Trainings missed due to unavoidable circumstances and reason beyond our control.
